Today Cater Tot had a bath. Baths are fun until she comes out of the water. You can see how bitter she is by the lower lip being pushed out. She is also wearing her little bath robe that Trista got for her. She loves it.

The look of "Why do you do this to me?"

Look at me with my strong muscles. When Cate went to her doctor's appointment ,she was told that she is very healthy. She weighed 8 lbs. 4 ozs. which is the 25th percentile, she was 21 inches long which is the 50th percentile, her head was in the 75th percentile for size and her feet were in the 297th percentile.

5 weeks old!

Cate is fresh out of the bath and all wrapped up in her very cute monogrammed towel from Pottery Barn kids (thanks Pam!!)

Cate is having a little "tummy time" on her new pink mat from Julie. She did alright but kept tipping over.

"How much is that baby in the window...." It was cold outside today, but Rick thought she might enjoy looking around. We often get desperate for ways to entertain her when she's particularly cranky (which is frequently!!)

This is Cate and Zoe. They were just hanging out and having fun. Zoe enjoys it when she wears all white, she think Cate looks like her.

Isn't she cute?

Cate seems to have collapsed (literally) in her daddy's lap, and if you notice in the picture below it, she still sometimes likes to sleep with that hand next to her head!! Below Cate is trying out the new sling we bought yesterday. I'm not sure if I have her in there quite the right way, but it kept her quiet tonight so that I could make and eat dinner, since Rick is working. She's in it right now and has drifted off to sleep. I'm not complaining since this is usually her grumpy time!

Cate is four weeks old.

Cate turned four weeks old today. She still cries a lot and there was a threat of putting her in a snow bank. But luckily Daddy was able to take the night off and save the day.
