Road trips with Gramma & Grandpa

On the fourth Sunday of March, Maine celebrates Maine Maple Sunday. We took Cate up to Goranson's farm in Dresden for the occasion, and below Cate is sampling some of Grandpa's vanilla ice cream drizzled with maple syrup. Another highlight of the event was getting to pet a goat. I love, ahem, I mean, Cate loves to pet animals.

The below pics are from our trip down to LL Bean on Monday afternoon. Cate discovered the mirrors in the women's shoe dept., and that provided loads of fun.


Over in the home dept., Cate fell in love with these big furry black bear foot rests. Had they not been $129, perhaps we would have brought one home.
